This apartment was clean, had clean and exceptionally nice room and a fully-fitted kitchen. The location was good and central.

Everything was great, the apartment is goat! Our stay here was really great. It had a private bathroom. Having a handy kitchenette was an advantage. Location was favourable, a 10-15 minute walk from Port of Venice...

Had a great stay for 2 nights. It had a marvellous and particularly good setting close enough to the train station and vaporetto stations, restaurants and cafes, and all the beautiful canals. Also, it was based so close to everything.

Convenient Location: This place is situated in a lovely area near public transportation, the main train station, and a hidden garden. You can easily explore the area and even check out the wine bar Majer, which is just a kilometer away. 🍷

During my recent stay at Residence 8 Loft, I was impressed by the modernity of the property and the ample space it offered. The facilities provided were excellent, making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The location was also ideal, as it was just a short walk from the piazzale roma where all transportation options were easily accessible. Additionally, the water buses provided regular access to all the sights around the island.

Though there were a few minor issues like a faint rotten smell in the kitchen, subpar restaurant recommendations, and some cleanliness issues throughout the property, I could overlook these shortcomings considering the overall quality of my stay. I also appreciated the easy check-in process and the added security measures implemented by the management.

I recently stayed at Residence 8 Loft for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and cosy, with a comfortable bed and two bathrooms. The well-equipped kitchen had everything I needed, and the apartment also had good Wi-Fi and a big TV. The location was great, being close to the main bus station but still in a quiet district. Check-in was easy and the landlord was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
